NHL team will be first to implement StellarAlgo’s enhanced retention scoring 

Sunrise, FL  StellarAlgo and the NHL’s Florida Panthers are proud to announce a new partnership, which includes the full suite of StellarAlgo’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) plus data warehouse. With a focus on understanding fan behaviors across its entire ecosystemthe Panthers have invested in the leading CDP for sports and entertainment to help them better understand and engage with their fans to drive their ongoing digital transformation.

StellarAlgo and the Panthers are partnering to enable a greater understanding of fans and customers to better tell the story of who Panthers fans truly are, and to unlock opportunities and insights into how to grow their fanbase. Using their new CDP and data warehouse, the Panthers will provide measurable data-driven processes that will help them to uncover new fan insights, and inform and drive their marketing, sales, and service strategies.  

The Panthers will also be the first to implement StellarAlgo’s enhanced retention scoring models. Since early 2020, the StellarAlgo data science team has been investigating and measuring changes in fan behavior and engagement across the sports and live events industry, using those findings – supported by Panthers Insights, the club’s business intelligence team – to refine and optimize predictive retention scoring models for each property and market. Designed to be the most sophisticated in the industry, StellarAlgo’s enhanced retention scoring models will enable brands to quickly and easily measure and test customer engagement, avidity, propensity, and more, within specific markets.

About the Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers entered the National Hockey League in 1993, becoming one of the most successful first-year expansion teams in history.
