Vincent has more than 15 years of leadership experience with some of the sports and entertainment industry’s largest brands. He has designed, built, and led high-performing organizations that use technology and data-driven decision-making to generate outsized results. Vince’s passionate belief that the tools did not exist to understand and engage today’s sports fans led him to co-found StellarAlgo in 2016. He is energized by the progress since then, and especially loves seeing the passion of his Team Stellar teammates. Prior to founding StellarAlgo, he built and led customer data strategy teams at the LA Kings and AEG Sports before joining the Portland Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter Entertainment as SVP of Business Operations.

Troy has more than 15 years of executive, business transformation, and revenue-generating experience driving positive change at Fortune 500 global companies. Coming from a management consulting background leading markets and practices, Troy is adept in tackling complex business challenges and opportunities. From strategy and operations to analytics, he enjoys crafting holistic solutions and driving every step of their execution from whiteboard ideation to global deployment and transition management.

​​Joseph has more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology and product-related roles. He is a product design and development specialist with a background in engineering, human factors, behavioral economics, and organizational design. As a product leader, Joseph has guided many product organizations to develop successful business and consumer products for some of the world’s largest retailers. Joseph has been the Head of Product at StellarAlgo since its founding, where he has leveraged consumer data to design products that assist live audience businesses in acquiring, retaining, and engaging their fans.

Sean has more than 22 years of experience in systems integration, data processing, and project execution. He was the solution architect for the development of several complex financial systems for the world’s largest retailer. Sean’s experience includes founding one of the earliest Canadian SaaS Product companies in 1999. He has spent his career building data products involving very large databases, highly available architectures, and globally staged and accessed SaaS for the largest multinational corporations and fortune 50 companies.

Victoria is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with 10 years of experience specialized in scale-up and high-growth technology companies. She leads strategic finance initiatives, corporate governance, and supports investor communications. Prior to joining StellarAlgo, Victoria was a trusted advisor to several technology companies during her time at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and helped scale the finance function at Symend. She is passionate about supporting women in technology, and in sports, and volunteers her time with various charities in this space. Victoria loves being a part of growing the sports-tech ecosystem.
