StellarAlgo Clients, Partners & Supporters,
With the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the reports of increased spread of the disease, I wanted to reach out to you, as part of our StellarAlgo community.
As regulators, leagues, teams and venue operators around the world make decisions to suspend events, delay operations or play games in empty arenas, we are taking similar efforts, in hopes that temporarily limiting social interactions will quell the virus. The health and safety of staff, families and fans are paramount in this time and we support the decisions being made.
At StellarAlgo specifically, we are suspending travel for our employees and are reconsidering all public events, in an effort to minimize the impact on our network. We have also implemented a work from home notice to our staff. For you and our commitment to your team, nothing has or will change. Our systems do not have a dependency on the physical office, and you will see zero impact in our services. Our Customer Success team is continuing business as usual to support you and will have an increased focus on your evolving needs as operators within the business.
As we monitor the situation in the coming weeks, our team will be digging into the collective pool of knowledge to uncover insights that can help you understand the best path to navigate these waters. We have members on our team, including myself, who have been through lock-out periods, recessions and global events that have also impacted this business and industry. Although the current circumstances are unique and unprecedented, we will be leaning on our collective experience to develop strategies on how teams can be most effective during and coming out of this crisis.
