MiLB club focuses on fan engagement and data-driven best practices for the 2022 season and beyond

Portland, ME – StellarAlgo and the Portland Sea Dogs, Double-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, are proud to announce a new partnership. Going into the 2022 season, the Sea Dogs are using StellarAlgo’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) to better understand their fans and adopt data-driven best practices to help them develop personalized campaigns to engage the right fans at the right time with the right message and drive real, measurable results.

With these newly surfaced insights, the Sea Dogs have access to valuable fan data that are enabling them to identify trends; increase personalization of their sales and marketing campaigns – including for single game ticket sales – making them more effective; and identify and measure engagement results to inform future campaigns.
