MiLB club focused on increasing fan engagement capabilities and continuing to grow their fanbase

Rancho Cucamonga, CAStellarAlgo and the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, Single-A affiliate of the LA Dodgers, are proud to announce a new partnership. The Quakes are implementing the StellarAlgo Platform to guide their fan engagement strategy and build off their ongoing incremental growth to apply more data to their business strategies and tactics, and to better capture fan data points to support organization-wide data-based decision making.

We’ve wanted to bring in StellarAlgo for quite some time after hearing of the successful impact it’s made with other teams in Minor League Baseball, and we’re thrilled all the pieces fit into place this year for us to finally work together, said Monica Ortega, Vice President of Ticket Sales at the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. Over the past several years, we’ve been working to level up our internal processes and the technology we use to become a more data-driven organization. We’re excited for the StellarAlgo Platform to be the nucleus of that strategy.

The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes are part of a growing number of teams using this off-season to expand how they connect and engage with their fans. Focusing primarily on fan growth strategies, improving the way they personalize how they talk to fans in digital and email campaigns, and trying new tactics to nurture fans in ways that will help them to feel more connected to the Quakes, the StellarAlgo Platform will enable the Quakes’ marketing and sales teams to better understand their fans and make gains in those areas.

“We’re thrilled to welcome the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes to the StellarAlgo partnership ecosystem,” said Megan Kurcwal, Senior Vice President of Business Operations at StellarAlgo. “The team in Rancho Cucamonga is dedicated and thoughtful in their approach to connecting with their fans – we’re so looking forward to working with them to help accelerate their data-driven goals, and to better understand and connect with their fans. We’re sure 2023 will be an exciting year for the Quakes and we’re thrilled to be part of it.”

The StellarAlgo Platform is the easiest way to build and monetize the world’s most passionate audiences.
