This new feature transforms routine fan segmentation into automated workflows, allowing sports properties to pre-schedule an entire season of essential fan outreach in minutes – from pre-game communications and last-minute ticket offers to post-game engagement.
Sports properties face the constant challenge of engaging fans at the right moment with changing game-day variables like last-minute ticket sales and ticket forwarding. With Segment Automations, data, marketing, and sales teams can get ahead of the season by scheduling routine fan communications to automatically pull the latest data at select times, freeing staff to capitalize on unexpected opportunities during the season.
